Soon after this, we began bidding for government contracts as a prime contractor, and subcontracting project work to other companies. Over a period of time, our business model evolved: we stopped delivering solutions altogether, and exclusively became a thin-prime supplier, working with a growing network of delivery partners.
Today, we utilise our expertise in public sector procurement in order to win places on frameworks that cover a breadth of technology and consultancy areas: we are currently able to supply services or products on almost 20 active frameworks.
Our network of partners (over 100 of them) identify public sector tenders. Via our thin prime model, we bid on each tender alongside our partner. Our expert tendering team works with the partner to win the business. Best of all (from our partners’ perspective), once the contract is won, we leave project delivery to our partners, and only remain involved with customer relationship, contractual and compliance issues.
We work across all sections of the UK Public Sector, and successfully bid on dozens of projects each year.
